Once we receive your document by fax or email, and your payment, we will translate and send you a certified copy of the translation through regular US Mail. Delivery times vary depending on the number of documents and the language direction. We also offer rush translation service (contact us for availability and pricing).

Pricing

It’s easy! Just follow these 3 easy steps…

Ordering a certified English translation of your birth certificate, marriage certificate, police record, school transcript, or any other document you need to process paperwork with USA government, legal, and educational agencies and institutions is as easy as 1-2-3.

1. Send your document(s) electronically (no originals)

Email or fax your document to us. Be sure to include your contact information (name, phone number, email, mailing address). We will respond by email or phone within a few hours to quote a price and delivery date.

2. Pay

All certified translation orders from individuals must be paid in full before we begin the work.

3. Delivery

We will be ready to send your translation by regular U.S. Mail within 3 business days after receiving your payment. Priority and Express Mail service are available for an additional charge of $5.00 for Priority Mail (delivery 1-3 days after we mail it) and $20.00 for Express Mail Delivery (delivery the day after we mail it).

A Certified Translation Includes:

One printed copy of the translation, notarized certification of the translation and translator, and delivery by regular mail (unless expedited service is requested–see above). We will also email you an electronic copy of the translation for your records.

Translation Certifications Outside the USA

LanguageTran’s English certified translations are accepted by all U.S. government agencies and institutions. Other countries, however, often have different certification requirements. For that reason, we do not offer certified translations into languages other than English and Spanish
